Because of our commitment to not turn away children from our programs for financial reasons, fundraising is very important to the 150th Ottawa - Sandy Hill. We do not want our kids to be fundraising all the time, though, so we take part in a few focussed fundraising campaigns, such as Apple Day, Scout Popcorn and Scoutrees, and look for friends and sponsors to help with the rest. Through Scouts Canada we can issue tax receipts for all donations. As well as funds, we can also accept donations of equipment and services. Please see our equipment needs list for items we are currently looking for, and e-mail us if you have something you are willing to donate. We'll even come and pick it up! If you can help us, not only will you have the gratitude of our 40 Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts, we will recognize your help on our website and in our newsletters. Thanks, in advance, from the kids!
